In Loftstofan Baptistakirkja we consider it a privilege and a gift to give as we get to grow in generosity, participate in the work of the ministry and be a relief to those among us who may need financial aid, as with everything in the Christian life this is not simply about what we do but what motivates us to do it, and in light of the gift of Jesus to us, when we needed a Savior we want to give not only generously but joyfully as we follow in the footsteps of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

When you give you help us rent a place to meet, pay salary for staff, and put money asides for various ministries such as our worship ministry, university ministry, youth ministry, benevolence ministry and worship ministry, you’re also helping us set up special outreach events, spending money on flyers and social media advertisement in hopes to reach more people with the good news of Jesus, and of course cover our admin fees such as bookkeeping and helping us buy resources for our book corner, our pastors on staff and small groups.

With that said there are three ways you can give if you go to our church, you can drop of cash in the offering bucket as we gather as a church on Sundays, there you can also give with a card via the POS machine we have next to the offering bucket, or you can give online through your Icelandic bank, here’s the info you need for that:
